My Account

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, click on «Forgot password» button.

Access to your account can be recovered by email or phone number registered on your account.

After confirmation of your email address you will receive a link to change your password. Do not forget to check Spam folder in your email box. If you do not receive the email within 2 hours, please contact Customer Support Service.
After confirmation of your phone number you will receive an SMS with verification code. Enter code in a special field and change your password.
When your password is changed, you can log in using your new password.
