I placed a bet (excluding live betting) after the actual start time of the event.

I placed a bet with odds which did not truly reflect the probability of my selected outcome occurring.

The Bookmaker retains the right, but without obligation, to void any bet that was placed with incorrect odds (out of sync with the general market and/or erroneous), or to re-adjust such bets at its own discretion, in accordance with correct odds. The odds will be considered incorrect (out of sync with the general market and/or erroneous), if they correspond to at least one of the following criteria:

a) the odds simultaneously create an arbitrage situation with other odds offered by the Bookmaker or other bookmakers worldwide;

b) the odds were given incorrect due to the technical reasons and clearly do not correspond to the probability of the outcome of the event/market at the time the bet was placed;

c) the odds were offered on an outcome when the result was already known.*

d) the odds have frozen or have not been updated in the system;

e) the odds do not reflect the current time and/or score in the event.

        * Examples:

• A goal is scored but the live betting system did not update in time before a subsequent bet was placed;

• A tennis match starts earlier than expected and the winner of the first game/set etc. is known.

I placed a bet and now I want to cancel/edit it.

I placed a bet on an event that was postponed. Why has my bet lost?

SETTLEMENT: TO BE SETTLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS 6.3-6.6

Event settlement is related to the time, when match was postponed and settle in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of any sport types.

If the event is interrupted and not completed within 24 (twenty four) hours after its interruption, all bets on it will be cancelled. The interrupted match is considered valid and bets are considered valid if no less than the following was played:

- football – 70 (seventy) minutes;
- NBA basketball – 40 (forty) minutes;
- basketball - 35 (thirty five) minutes;
- hockey NHL - 54 (fifty four) minutes;
- ice hockey (including Russian) – 50 (fifty) minutes;
- American football – 50 (fifty) minutes;
- baseball - 5 (five) innings
- other kind of sports, regulated time - at least 3/4 (three quarters) of the main playing time of the match.

I placed a multiple bet with two events which were in some way related. For example, my selections were:

• Arsenal to win the FA Cup Semi-Final

• Arsenal to win the FA Cup

SETTLEMENT: REFUND

Any multiple bets placed on related events which are inadvertently accepted will be considered void.

In the example given, if Arsenal wins the FA Cup Semi-Final it automatically increases the likelihood that they will win the FA Cup.

I placed a bet on “Tournament outrights. Team A To Qualify”. Match has been finished. Why has my bet not been settled yet?

SETTLEMENT: AFTER WINNER DETERMINING

Bets placed on “Tournament outrights. Team To Qualify” is settled upon the result of two matches (First and Second leg) in soccer and several matches in hockey, in accordance with the championship. Bet is settled after determining the winner by the outright of all matches.

I placed a bet on Handicap 3 outcomes. Team 1(-1). Match was finished with the result 1:0. Why has my bet lost, it must be refunded.

SETTLEMENT: LOST

Bets on the European Handicap - Three outcomes (unlike Asian Handicap) cannot be refunded. In European Handicap bets accepted on Team 1 or Team 2 to win, third outcome is a Draw with the Handicap. If after handicap calculation result is draw, bets on Team to win are considered to be lost.

If the bet was placed on Draw with handicap, handicap value is added to first team and if the result after calculation is a draw, then the bet Draw with Handicap wins.
